Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Omniworld Trading Ltd. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website (www.omniworld.com.tw), how we use it, and the rights you have under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.
1. What we collect and why
This is a corporate website with no member accounts and no advertising or marketing tracking. We collect personal information only when you use the contact form: name, company, email, phone, enquiry type and your message.
It is used solely to respond to your enquiry and for follow-up communication about brand introduction, wholesale supply or channel partnership — never for marketing lists or newsletters.
Providing your details is voluntary; without them we cannot respond via the form, but you can always reach us by phone.
2. Retention, region, recipients and use
Retention: from submission until your enquiry and any necessary follow-up are complete; you may request deletion at any time.
Region: Taiwan, plus the locations of the third-party services below.
Recipients: our staff responsible for business enquiries only; no other third parties beyond the technical processing described below.
Use: replying to you by email or phone.
3. Third-party services and international transfer
Form delivery: your submission is relayed, encrypted, to our inbox via Web3Forms (United States), which acts purely as a technical processor.
Hosting: this site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose global network generates necessary technical logs (e.g. IP address, access time).
Maps: the contact page embeds Google Maps; Google may collect technical information when the map loads — see Google’s privacy policy.
Beyond these services, we do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may: request access or review, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request that collection, processing or use be stopped, and request deletion.
To exercise these rights, call +886-2-2693-4185 or use the contact form; we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security and changes to this policy
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.
Any revision to this policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
